Direct-to-Film (DTF) is an innovative printing method that allows designs to be transferred onto a wide range of materials, including fabrics.
Unlike traditional printing techniques, DTF doesn’t require pre-treatment of the substrate, making it a more efficient and versatile solution.
The process involves printing the design onto a transfer film, applying adhesive powder, and then heat-pressing it onto the desired material.
This results in vibrant, durable prints with excellent stretchability and wash resistance

You can choose from one of our 49 Solid Cotton Lycra Fabrics to have your print on.

3 Different Sizes

Our prints come in 3 different sizes. You can choose what size suits your project

Small – the design will be no wider than 8″, the height will be in proportion to the width

Medium – the design will be no wider than 12″, the height will be in proportion to the width

Large – the design will be no wider than 15″, the height will be in proportion to the width

What Size Fabric Will I recieve?

As the prints have 3 different sizes the fabric itself only comes as 1 piece of 1m x WOF.

All prints will be heat pressed onto a 1m piece of Solid Cotton Lycra.

Small prints are pressed centred on a 50cm wide panel and located on the left hand side of the WOF as per the diagram below.

Medium prints are pressed centred on a fat half panel and located on the left hand side of the WOF as per the diagram below.

Large prints are pressed centred on a fat half panel and located on the left hand side of the WOF as per the diagram below.

Where Will the Image be Heat Pressed?

All On Demand Direct to Fabric Panels come on 1metre of your choice of Solid Cotton Lycra. Please see the diagrams below for image placement and measurements. Please note that measurements are approximations and there may be a slight variance

Delivery Times

Orders are set to print every Friday, once printed we then heat press onto your chosen fabric. We estimate around a 7-10 day turn around time.

Washing Instructions

Wash your final garment inside out on a gentle cold wash, the shorter the cycle the better.

Line Dry inside out, away from direct sunlight

DO NOT Tumble Dry
