The New Adult Undie Sew Unique Metre has 3 undie panels and co-ordinating fabrics to make up to 3 pairs of adult sized underwear.
If you are using the SUAT Scrundies you will get up to a large size on each of the panels (please note that the scrundies have quite wide waist and legbands so this may not be achievable on the co-ordinating fabrics)
If however you are using the Whitney Knickers you will be able to get up to a size 2xl for the knickers and co-ordinating fabrics for both leg and waistbands all within the 1 metre of fabric. I have attached the link if you don’t already own the Whitney knickers, they are truly a magnificent fit and highly recommend this pattern.

Pre-washing is not essential but recommended
- Pre wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Add a tablespooon of salt to the wash – this helps seal the colour within the fabric thus reducing fading.
- Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. the liquid will freshen up your laundry and help colours maintain their intensity.
- Dryer use is not recommended – as the heat will eventually cause fabrics to fade.
- Line dry without delay – inside out, away from direct sunlight
Shrinkrage rate is approximately 3-5%. All fabric has been preshrunk, however additional shrinkage may occur.
