Sew Unique PLUS is a monthly fabric subscription that allows members to receive a uniquely designed fabric each month with express delivery included to anywhere in Australia from $45. Each month you will receive 1 metre of fabric delivered straight to your door.

We have added the option of buying multiple 1 metre subscriptions for those who prefer more than 1 metre of fabric – however please not that this will be cut in 2 x 1 metre cuts, and a discount is given when you add 2 to your cart.

We have thought hard about how to make sewing cheaper if you are a SUF+ member. In order to make shipping cheaper, if you are a SUF+ member, you can add to your subscription order at no additional cost for one order per month, saving you extra shipping costs.

We also understand that waiting for your monthly subscription to ship may not always be possible. Maybe you’ve been caught short on ribbing, desperate for solids or just plain impatient to get a new design, we know it happens! That’s why we will make on demand shipping more affordable for SUF+ members who stay with the program. These benefits start at the silver member level ($5 shipping) and go all the way to platinum (Free express shipping). Please refer to the table below.

Finally, we are including the ability to shop releases early to avoid missing out. Nothing worse than scrambling for sales or new releases so hopefully this will make waiting for the clock to tick over and dealing with FOMO a thing of the past.

SUF+ is about rewarding our loyal customers with the best value possible. We hope you will agree the benefits far exceed $45. We’ll keep looking for ways to make the program better. Sew Unique Plus is different to any ordinary Subscription as it’s a subscription and member loyalty program in one.

When you sign up, you will be placed on BRONZE, then move to SILVER, GOLD and finally PLATINUM

  • Receive a 10% code on the 19th of every month to use one ONE order during that month (T &C’s will be emailed with code)

How does billing work each month?

You can sign up at any time.

Signing up between 1st and 19th of the month

New subscriptions in the first 19 days of the month will be able to sign up  and pay nothing upfront. You will be able to access any applicable SUF+ benefits straightaway but won’t receive your for SUF+ fabric until the following month. Your first monthly payment will be on the 19th of the following month and every month thereafter until you choose to cancel.

Signing up between 20th and last day of the month

Signups during this period will pay $45 upfront and will receive the SUF+ fabric delivery of that month. Just keep in mind we ship around the 20th of each month so it can take up to 1 month for your first delivery.

The checkout will show you how much you are paying today and when your first renewal happens.

Payment

Our subscription payment falls due on the 19th of each month. The payment will automatically be processed in the early hours of the morning. We understand keeping this date top of mind isn’t possible and should the payment fail we will try again the following day. If payment continues to fail your subscription will be suspended and pending deliveries cancelled. We are happy to work with you to resolve any payment issues so please contact us if you need to.

You may cancel at any time before the 19th of the month and you will not be charged.

Delivery

We aim to ship on the 20th of each month.

Depending on delivery times and seasonal factors you can typically expect your parcel to arrive between 2 and 7 business days later. If you have added to your subscription order during the month we’ll package up your ‘add to subscription’ items free of charge at the same time.

Should the 20th of the month fall on a weekend we will ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with Authority to Leave.

Frequently Asked Questions

CAN I ADD TO MY SUF+ ORDER?

Yes, if you place an order using the “Add to Order” shipping method this will be shipped with your next subscription shipment or next order with paid shipping (which ever happens earlier)

WHEN IS THE BILLING PERIOD?

Your payment will be automatically deducted on the 19th of every month. Your PLUS parcel will then be dispatched within a few days after payment.

I ABSOLOUTELY LOVE THE DESIGN, CAN I ORDER MORE?

Yes, PLUS Members will have the option to pre-order more of each months fabric should they wish to.

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

Sew Unique Plus is only available as a monthly subscription. Each month your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

CAN I CANCEL MY PLUS MEMBERSHIP?

Yes you can cancel at anytime. Once cancelled you will lose all your member benefits. Should you wish to rejoin at a later date you will start up again at Bronze.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Your SUF+ Subscription has shipping charges included. No extra charges will be billed.

Every month you will receive your choice of length of exclusively designed fabric, and shipping from $45/month.

I DON’T LIKE THE FABRIC I RECEIVE?

Should you receive fabric that is not your particular cup of tea, then you are free to destatsh on the relevant destash pages. Please note that the Sew Unique Fabrics Group is a not a Selling Platform.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

At this stage Sew Unique Plus membership is only available via credit/debit card and Paypal.
