You can download from your ‘My Account’ section of our website

How soon can I download?

Once your payment has cleared you will be able to download. We recommend you don’t pay with bank transfer if you are in a rush for your embroidery file as it can sometimes take a couple of days

How many times can I download?

We don’t limit the number of times you can download the file from our website although we may choose to in the future

How many days after purchase can I download my embroidery file?

Your file will be available in your account indefinitely but recommend you keep a local copy. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future and will notify purchasers of our embroidery files should we choose to limit our file retention policy

What is the licensing policy of embroidery files?

Your purchase licenses you to use the file for your personal use & up to one business. You may not share, resell or profit from any digital embroidery file you purchase from Sew Unique Fabrics except as a result of physical sales of the embroidered file when used on fabrics
