By purchasing through this website you agree to all policies, terms and conditions set out within the website and each individual listing. Sew Unique Fabrics reserves the rights to amend any information on this website at any time and without prior notice.

Pre-Orders

By purchasing a pre-order you are agreeing to wait for a period of up to 8 weeks for your fabric. This time may change slightly in busier times of the year, however if there are any significant delays you will be notified by email and within our Facebook page and group.

Fabric

We inspect our fabric to the best of our abilities and we strive to give you the best quality of fabric.  Due to the nature of digital printing, any minor flaw less then an inch that will not impact the fabric appearance in its entirety will not be discounted/refunded as the remainder of the fabric is usable.

Due to the nature of digital printing, it is common any future re-runs/re-printed fabric are subject to industry’s standard of 10-15% variation in colours and weight. Slight colour variation and weight are to be expected.

We endeavour to represent the true colour of the fabric being supplied however Actual colours may vary slightly according to your individual screen settings.

Lay-by policy

Should you choose to pay via Layby there is a 50% deposit which is due at checkout, 20% is non refundable if you choose to cancel your layby.

Your final layby payment will be due 4 weeks after the initial payment. You will be sent an invoice for the remainder and payment is due within 48hours to avoid any further delays with your order.

Your order will not ship until it is paid in full.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5days of receipt for a refund, replacement or credit if the item delivered was incorrect or faulty. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Postage

We ship using Australia Post and Courier Services. During checkout you will be given postage prices that reflect your postcode/location and size and weight of your package. Sew Unique Fabrics hold no responsibility for transit times once it has left our location.

If you are using a PO Box, please ONLY use Australia Post. Courier services do not ship to PO Boxes. This will cause a delay with your order being shipped.

Sew Unique Fabrics hold no liability for lost parcels. All parcels have a tracking number and we will lodge an investigation if your order has not been received by the due date.
